KMG Rompetrol Development is implementing an e-Mobility project co-financed by the European Union, consisting of 11 charging stations (300 kW each with two 150 kW charging points) and the upgrading of the grid connection for 11 stations (with a capacity of 600 kVA each) in CNAIR1 locations.

Other two new service centers with Rompetrol gas stations recently opened on A1 highway (Orăştie – Sibiu section) by Rompetrol Downstream – the retail division of KMG International Group in Romania, as a part of the package of 12 integrated centers amounting above 40 mln. USD with financing provided by the Kazakh Romanian Energy Investment Fund.

Rompetrol Downstream - the retail division of the KMG International Group in Romania, recently opened two new integrated service centers on the A1 Highway (Nadlac - Sibiu section), near the town of Recas in Timis County (km 481+646 left and right) which are part of a package of 12 gas stations financed by the Kazakh-Romanian Energy Investment Fund.

The Kazakh-Romanian Energy Investment Fund (KREIF) and Rompetrol Downstream - the retail structural subdivision of the KMG International Group in Romania, opened the first 4 integrated service centers on the A1 highway (Nadlac – Sibiu section), near the town of Pecica (km 558+380, left and right) and town of Orastie (KM 340+500, left and right) being a part of a 12 service centers package that KREIF will open on the A1 highway, with a total investment estimated at over 40 million dollars .

Rompetrol Energy, part of the Kazakh-Romanian Energy Investment Fund, announces the successful delivery of the two Siemens gas turbines, which are to be mounted and prepared for integration into the new cogeneration plant .

The Kazakh-Romanian Energy Investment Fund contracted a financing from OTP Bank Romania, in the amount of 119 mln. lei (about 24.75 mln. USD) for the retail program speedup - development of new fuel distribution stations.

The Kazakh-Romanian Energy Investment Fund has successfully contracted a EUR 83m syndicated loan for financing the construction of a new cogeneration plant on the Petromidia Refinery platform.
